Missouri Lawyers Weekly has once again recognized KT for one of Missouri’s top reported defense verdicts.  Former Partner and Mariel Taylor were listed for the defense win they secured on behalf of an otolaryngologist sued by a patient for malpractice.  The plaintiffs sought nearly $3,000,000 at trial and the last pre-trial settlement demand exceeded $1,000,000.

This is the sixth KT defense verdict recognized by Missouri Lawyers Weekly in the five years since the firm opened its doors.
