Erin N. Pfirrman

As a litigator, Erin knows the stress and uncertainty faced by clients in litigation. Whether she is defending an individual or a business, Erin strives to cultivate a strong working relationship with her clients, founded in trust, transparency, and communication. She prides herself on being not only an advocate in the courtroom, but also a counselor and advisor to clients outside the courtroom.

Erin focuses her practice on defending clients in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death with an emphasis on medical malpractice matters. She provides a wide range of litigation services including the implementation of overall litigation strategy and defenses for her clients. Erin has extensive experience in all stages of litigation including drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery requests, conducting legal research, advocating for clients in regular court appearances and motion hearings, and taking and defending depositions of fact and expert witnesses.

Prior to joining K&T, Erin worked as an associate attorney at a large civil litigation firm where she represented corporations and insurers in product liability, premises liability, and toxic tort matters. She also has experience in the areas of fiduciary litigation, as well as probate and trust litigation.

Outside of the practice of law, Erin enjoys traveling, cooking, and yoga. A native of the west coast, you can regularly find her cheering on her favorite San Francisco based sports teams. She currently lives in St. Louis, MO with her husband, Patrick, daughter, Audrey, and rescue dog, Oliver.
