Andrew St. John

Andrew is an associate attorney at K&T, where he helps clients navigate complex legal challenges in both medical malpractice defense and commercial litigation. Whether he’s working with healthcare professionals facing malpractice claims or businesses involved in high-stakes disputes, Andrew brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach aimed at resolving problems efficiently and effectively.

In the healthcare space, Andrew defends hospitals, physicians, and other medical professionals against claims of negligence and professional liability. He manages all stages of medical malpractice litigation – from pre-suit evaluations and expert coordination to trial preparation and resolution- while remaining focused on protecting the reputations and careers of healthcare providers.

On the commercial side, Andrew represents businesses of all sizes in a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, and employment issues. He understands the pressures business owners face and focuses on finding practical, effective solutions—whether that means going to court or resolving the issue before it gets there.

A St. Louis native, Andrew is a proud graduate of St. Louis University High School.  He earned his J.D. from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law and holds a B.A. in Economics and History from DePauw University. Prior to joining K&T, Andrew began his career as an associate attorney at a civil litigation firm, where he represented insurers and businesses in a wide variety of subrogation, commercial, and general civil litigation matters.

Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys reading history, golfing, and cheering on the Cardinals, Blues, and Boston Celtics.
